Amanda Hillside Residence
Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles
Project Overview
Originally acquired as a neglected hillside property, the residence required significant structural and landscape intervention to restore stability and long-term performance.
The project included reconstruction of a deteriorated pool structure, installation of retaining walls to stabilize hillside conditions, and comprehensive landscape restoration to reestablish the relationship between the house and its surrounding terrain.
Patton & Associates coordinated architects, contractors, and landscape teams throughout the process, overseeing planning, construction, and implementation to ensure the work aligned with both structural requirements and the architectural character of the property.
